How long are processing times?
Processing will take anywhere from 1-5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is only available for flat items such as stickers and prints. Thse orders will be sent via STAMPED MAIL to minimize shipping costs, meaning no tracking number is provided. Please note that I am not responsible for any lost mail.
What is your refunds/cancellations policy?
Unfortunately, I do not issue any refunds or cancellations.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you have incorrectly entered your shipping address, and I have NOT yet shipped out your order, please message me on instagram @cafewoozi with your name and order number, as well as the corrected shipping address. If your order has already been shipped out, unfortunately I will not be able to resend it to the corrected address. Please ensure that you double check your address when placing the order.
